I interviewed with both the Pittsfield Clinical Care Manager and the North Adams Clinical Care Manager. They included an older gentleman that did not introduce himself and participated very little in the interview process. I applied on 7/6/23. I got a call back about an interview on 7/19/23 and was scheduled for that interview on 7/27/23. Overall, the interview took about 30 minutes and I was told that I would hear from them in about 7-10 business days since it's vacation season and the person that handles the next step in the process is currently on vacation.
