The process started with an online application, then e-mail correspondence between me and a recruiting agent. There was a brief interview about the position, experience, goals; brief role-play concerning position; and a tour of the facility. After the interview, the same recruiting agent then emailed me the appropriate paperwork for continuing the application process and then I was given my training start date with instructions on how the first week of training would go.
