Phone interview then team interview. No word for 6 weeks. I showed up wearing a suit. Others had on jeans, sweatshirts and it felt very unprofessional. One guy wanted to know what I did after college since it didn't say on my resume which felt strange.
Easy to navigate, quick process and good communication throughout. The scheduling platform was easy to use, with lots of reminders. Interviewed with a mix of people, levels and some solo and some combined.

Generally the process was lengthy and drawn out. The recruiter was not very communicative and felt very distracted in our call. The team call was better but the team structure felt disorganized
