I applied online through Handshake and then was selected to complete an interview. The interview took place less than a week later on my college campus. The interviewers were very polite and I very much enjoyed the process! They asked me questions about my project and teamwork experience and then a few questions about my technical skills.

There were two interview rounds in total: the first with HR and the second with the hiring manager. Each lasted about thirty minutes and followed an informal, conversational structure. The discussions focused on my background, communication style, and overall fit for the role, rather than technical assessments or formal questioning.

The interview was all behavioral and was done online. It was very chill and they were very quick with their responses. They went over my resume and wanted to know about my goals for the co-op and what I was expecting.
