The interview process was not clear from start to finish. The recruiter was not sure who I would interview with and I was not told it was a panel. There were periods of silence between stages and they strongly indicated a favorable outcome even into the second stage. The recruiter would say I would hear on next steps in a few days and then it would be three weeks. After several weeks of ambiguity, I was told I would know the decision ln a set date and three weeks later they finally responded with no feedback. It seems they send many candidates to the final stages and then ghost.
