Entrevista
I applyied online on their website. In about 2 weeks I got a telephone call where they asked me whether I have few spare minutes and stated this is not an interview yet, however I believe this could be counted as the first round of interview because after about 5-min chat they offered me a personal interview. That took place 1 week later.
On the first telephone interview I got asked just simple questions like why would I want to work for the company, what I believe this role is about and what could I bring in, also what do I believe their organisation culture is like. It felt pretty relaxed, the interviewer was very nice and friendly.
On the second, personal interview, I talked to two nice ladies, again I felt very comfortable. No real hard questions, apart of the one below, on which I believe you should answer the way how you feel it.
I have been offered the job the same day and I accepted. I am now very looking forward to meet the team.
My personal advise to anyone who want to apply here - just be yourself :) If you are supposed to get the job,you will :)

Pregunta 1
Who do you think is more important for us - the end customer (traveller) ir the client (hotel) ?

The assessment wasn't too long. At the beginning the manger and the team leader for whom we should work presented us the company, then you have to shortly present your self in front of the other candidates. After the presentation there is a group role play, not difficult, it's just to understand if you can work in a team and collaborate with your colleagues, after the group one, they take you in another room for the individual role play, they ask you to explain something to one of your partner.
At the end they told us that they knew who fitted the role and who didn't, and that they had doubts about some of the candidates, those are invited to a personal interview and the other could go home at that point.

It was a very easy interview, and I didn' t need the personal one.

Entrevista
First of all I submitted my CV through Booking.com website.
After almost two month, I received an email from the HR department based in Amsterdam in order to arrange a call meeting with the interviewer. So I made the first interview by phone, in English, and then my application was reviewed and I received a call to arrange the interview at Booking.com office here.
I made the interview at their offices and I received a call and they explained me their offer.
The entire process was very quickly (apart the timing between the website application and the first interaction by email).

The interviewers were so kind, and made me feel very comfortable.
At the beginning, they introduced themseves, and explained me the work, tasks, and about the society.
Then I talked about my actual work, my task, strengths..
Some questions were:
-Why do you apply for that work here in Booking.com?
-What challenges do you face in your daily work?
-If you could change one thing in Booking.com website, what would it be?
And we also made a "role playing game" in my native language, I had to convince a partner structure to sell us all the hotel rooms in a high season period.
