After submitting an application via the online portal, they reached out via email to set up a phone call. The call was very quick, to the point. Interviewer was relatively nice.

Phone interview 30 minutes very nice but didn’t proceed with my application. Very thorough and kind interviewer. Asked about my background and told me a bit about the job but the second interview would be more position specific.

Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process with Bombas. The hiring manager was very transparent and direct about the position throughout, which I really appreciated. Everyone I met with was very nice and asked interesting questions.

My situation was unique, as the position I was interviewing for shifted after my first on-site. Because of that, I ended up having that second virtual on-site, which may not be the traditional process. However, even through the slightly complex situation, communication with the recruiting team and my hiring manager was very clear and consistent.
