6 Questions. 3 were easier and 3 were harder if you’re still in college. The hardest was about changing the interfaces of 1 or more systems, what challenges did you face and how did you over come them. The interview took about an hour.

The interview was strictly structured around behavioral questions, and it is essential to answer using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). The interviewers were professional and focused on understanding my past experiences regarding conflict resolution, data analysis, and technical challenges. Be prepared to use the STAR method for every answer. They are very specific about wanting to know the 'Action' you took and the 'Result' achieved. Review your past projects focusing on times you dealt with data analysis and conflicts.
