Applied online via Boeing's website, was contacted via email to fill out both functional and geographic preferences, called and did an initial phone screening, called again to ask me a few questions, received notice I would be doing an interview (STAR format), did the interview (~45 minutes, phone, very nice, typical STAR questions), about 2 weeks later received a call asking me 3 more questions, and then 2 weeks after that received an offer. **I applied in the beginning of September and had an offer by later October
