The interview process lasted about 3 weeks with an initial phone interview, interview with clinical director and then a final interview regional director. They also asked for references halfway through the interview process

The interview process was thorough. The clinical director answered all of my questions and described the position honestly. The staff were professional and kind. I would refer this company to any bcba.
