Entrevista
I applied to the position on Bloomberg's careers website and got a call from them shortly. The first round was a telephonic interview and I spoke to two developers who had been working there for 3-4 years. The interview was about C++ and basic data structures and algorithms. The questions were pretty simple. I just messed up that interview and I didn't answer very simple questions that were shot at me. What they were looking for was proficiency in C and C++. Browsing through standard interview questions available online would probably be the best way to prepare. The interviewers seemed to be very nice and cordial. They said that the successful employees at Bloomberg were those who were flexible, dynamic and could get things done as quickly as possible rather than plan very well. Unfortunately, I messed up the interview although I consider myself a very good programmer and had the relevant experience.

Given that plenty of memory is available, how would you design a program that would hold information of about 3000 employees in a company?
Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience, though the interviewer was on the stricter side. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an illness and wasn't able to prepare as thoroughly as I wanted to, which left me feeling a bit off throughout the conversation. Despite not feeling my best and facing a tough interviewer, the process was well-structured.

Fairly simple. Phone call then onsite. For onsite it was 10 min office tour follow by 1 hr interview then 1 hours system design and 30 mins manager interview. Interviewers were nice and the recruiter was accommodating.

5 rounds first 3 being leetcode coding ones and the last 2 being behavioral. The first three are the hardest asking mainly taggeed questions and the rest are not that bad
