I had : Hireview, phone calls, first manager interview, final round interview, another phone call of HR to say the manager really liked me, and I did great. 1.5 months later they told me they are looking for someone else. Told me they will send me information to apply to another division... it was in november I'm still waiting...

Long process with several interviews / online questionnaires etc. A lot of the questions are dedicated to equality / diversity and less towards meaningful and job-related tasks. A lot of repetitive tasks as systems do not seem to automated. Tasks are not clearly named.
An online interview to meet you and understand your skills. This can include a technical interview portion to assess programming roles. They are quick to respond if you are not a match for the role.

I was emailed about an interview but it was not a normal interview. I had to record myself and answer questions and send it in. I have not heard back yet, but questions were not too hard.
