The telephone interview last for 20 mins. The recruiter just ask me some routine questions: what do you know about our company? do you know the competitors of Bloomberg? can you explain more about your project experience on the resume? What's your preference between team work and independent work? What advantage do you have to set yourself from the other candidates?

Entrevista
First round was with a team lead which was casual and not technical. Second round was with the head of group and another senior person from a vertical group. I was pleasantly surprised to see all females on all my interview rounds.

First you do the hirevue, pretty easy nothing special here. If selected there is a Super Day, for that there is a 15 min case study and a 30-40 min behavioral interview during the superday. You also have to do a 30 min data test which is again very easy. If selected panel interview and then a manager interview to get decision. Questions are all behavioral and this position is for data analyst not data sciences.
