First thing to keep in mind is this plant is a satellite facility (located in Delaware) and there are some major growing pains with their corporate office in California and the plant. During plant interview met with mix of corporate and plant leaders and was quickly obvious why they have been open 2 years and on their 3rd HR person - corporate and plant both say other side doesn't know what they're doing and you have to follow one or the other but you won't succeed serving both.
