Started with an hour long phone interview with the front-end manager. Second step was an at-home code test, for which the suggested amount of time was 3 hours (4 absolute maximum). The final round was an on-site 4 hour long interview involving technical and behavioral questions - coding on a computer as well as white board - met with at least 10 different people.
