Overall, this was one of the best interview processes I've had in my career. Everyone was prompt and timely, expectations were laid out early in the process, and I was kept abreast at every step of what to expect. What really set this experience apart was how thorough, Emily, the recruiter was and how much feedback was provided. Ultimately I wasn't the best fit for the role, but I was provided with the feedback I needed to truly understand why I wasn't, so I wasn't left in the dark.
