The interview process was very straight forward:
1- Discussion with Security Head
2- Interview with AppSec Lead
3- Interview with CTO
4- Chat with the team members
The overall process took 2-3 weeks.
Result: Rejection because the team decided to hire someone who has previously worked with AppSec Lead !!
Now if the team wants to hire only those people who have previously worked with AppSec Lead then why they shortlisted other candidates and wasted their time?
