I went on a total of 3 interview. First interview was with the store manager one on one. The second interview was with the CIA manager and another sales manager. I then had my third interview with the store manager and was instructed to take a drug test within 4 days or the job offer would be declined. After taking the drug test it took about a full week to hear back from them. In total the process took about 2.5 weeks.

Quick phone interview then an in person interview with the geek squad manager. Supposed to be a follow up with the store manager after that. The geek squad manager was either very misleading or the position was filled before I got my "almost guaranteed" follow up interview. It's a very quick, formal first interview in the store break room. The staff was very nice.
