The panel consisted of peers, management and senior level management. Questions were very direct and some questions involved critical thinking and analysis scenarios. The phone interview was just a basic screening with the recruiting team. The 2nd interview was with the hiring manager and a peer. The final interview was with the senior level manager or VP of the group.

Standard opening interview, went through job history, what is expected, salary expectations, etc. Was told by HR that I would hear back to organize second inteview, and after emailing and leaving voicemails twice was not contacted back.

The process took about 1 month. I completed 5 phone interviews with various individuals on the team. They basically just wanted me to ask questions and didn't seem too interested in my experience, nor did they have many questions for me outside of the typical "tell me about yourself." Was asked what position I applied for too each interview which I thought was strange. Shouldn't they know?

Horrible experience, applied in November, did two phone interviews then two in person interviews. Last interview, was told I didn't have enough experience with the position I was applying for and then got interviewed for a position that wasn't even open. After that, never heard back. Wasted my time for 6 months on a position I thought I was applying for and may get then to just be ignored and never hear back from them after the last interview.
