    Entrevista

    Un proceso largo, desordenado y donde no se da información a los candidatos. Tratan a los candidatos como carne.

    Después de hacer 4 entrevistas con una prueba técnica de más de 8 horas no tienes información sobre la prueba o el puesto. Tienes que ir detrás de RRHH para que te contesten o te den información. No te dan ningun feedback sobre todo el proceso para poder mejorar, todo muy oscuro. Que mínimo que un feedback sobre la prueba o skills para explicar porque no encajas en el puesto.

    Esta la típica empresa que le han metido dinero para crecer y están empezando a contratar gente por encima de las posibilidades, haciendo sobre ingeniería y sin cuidar a sus empleados ni candidatos.

    Si estas buscando una empresa, hay miles mejores que esta, no pierdas el tiempo.

    Proceso muy largo donde tienen al candidato completamente abandonado. Hasta en dos ocasiones he tenido que solicitar a RRHH información sobre el estado del proceso en al etapa actual.

    Hoy por hoy doy por cerrado el proceso pero lo cierto es nunca más supe de ellos.

    Cuando como candidato te enfrentas a un proceso en el que tienes que dedicar el equivalente a una jornada laboral esperas que desde la empresa sean más cuidadosos. Es que no me han contestado ni al último correo...

    Entrevista

    La entrevista consistio en un screening incial con la Head of People. A continuacion se me dio un caso para hacer y por ultimo dos entrevistas con cada uno de los founders. El proceso fue muy profesional y el trato muy cordial. Creo que todas las personas que conoci durante el proceso estan muy alineadas a los valores que la empresa representan y eso es muy buena señal. Muy recomendable!.

    Entrevista

    It was a classic (in startups / SaaS industry) recruitment process that happened very quickly! All within a week! They were very reactive and clear about what and when to expect stage after stage.

    I begins with the HR call, to know a bit more about both sides, than a UX design assessment to do at home. A medium-difficulty one, quite time-consuming if you want to do it properly. Once sent, they challenge you on the exercise in a call with another designer, a PM and one of the co-founder. Time was very tight and it was intense.

    After comes more in-depth interviews with the designer and the other co-founder, I like that they (founders) take time to meet every candidate, good sign of a good culture!

    Everyone during the process was very kind and amenable. I felt a lot of respect and enjoyed that.

    Entrevista

    The process was composed of:

    - A call from external HR, for a conversation on the role, the company and my professional profile.
    - A video-call with their People Ops team to get to know me from a human perspective and assess cultural fit.
    - A technical challenge to be solved and sent back.
    - A video-call with members from the Infra team to discuss the resolved challenge and other topics.
    - A video-call with a member from a different tech team to further assess cultural fit, values and watch out for red flags.
    - A video-call with both founders.

    I got fast and good feedback after each step in the process. Also, everyone was kind to keep open the comm channels in case I had any questions. The Head of Engineering was also very kind to make sure my career path at Belvo was aligned with my current and future expectations.
    I must say, this has been my best interview process so far in my professional career.

    The people were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was interviewed during the pandemic and the team was exceptional. They accommodated all of my requests and were extremely grateful. The tech challenge is designed to practice your skills and discuss with your future colleagues. Maria and the rest of the team is exceptional as their goal is not to stress you out but get to know you better. If you are a person who is seeking for a challenge, wants to grow and collaborate with friendly and smart individuals then Belvo is for you.

    Entrevista

    I didn't apply, I was personally invited by HR to join the process. The process is exhausting with several interviews and a design challenge so prepare yourself to invest a lot of time into it. The first interview is just a regular HR screening and they present you the company and the specific project. The second interview is with their designer, more technical and you can learn how they work and self-organize. After that they will present to you a challenge with two different parts - it is not complex or difficult but it is exhausting and it may take the whole weekend for you to put everything together. After that, you will have the opportunity to present the challenge to a designer, a product manager, and the head of the product. The next phase will be to meet a front-end designer and learn if the way you work matches their expectations. The final step is to meet the founders. After that and coming out of the blue they add a new step and ask for referrals from a manager and a co-work. You may think since you already went so far and they put you in this particular situation to ask someone for references the proposal is obvious. It is not and they may end the process with criteria based on information that could be spotted easily if someone during this entire process takes a look at your cv and experience. I assume they forgot to do that.
