Proceso dividido en diferentes etapas que te da la oportunidad de aprender de la empresa y conocer los diferentes perfiles del team. Buena overview de la cultura de la empresa y optimo engagement por parte del team de People. Todo el proceso ha sido claro y también el seguimiento por parte del team de people muy bueno.

It was 6 steps in total, the first one with HR; it was very nice, the woman who interviewed me was very kind and she drove the interview very smoothy, i had the chance to talk and to know about the opportunity. After this phase i had to solve a scraping problem they sent me, it was very hard and complex, took me hours to understand and complete. Then i had a technical interview with a very nice guy, he asked me a lot of questions regarding webscraping and browsers, async programming and website blockers. It went very well and he explained me a lot about the technical side of the company (he was really awesome). Then i had a culture fit interview with 2 interviewers, they were really kind, during this step i had unexpected problems with my connection but they understood and didnt take this in count Then i had a interview with my manager, who is also a very calm and cool person, the meeting was set for us to know each other a little bit better and kind of a complement to the culture fit. Then i had my last interview with the Founders, they are awesome people, very kind and open to hear anything i have to say, they asked me accurate questions and answered me in a very enthusiastic way. During all the steps, since the beginning, i could feel part of the team, everyone is so humble and kind, i really loved all the process

I had 6 steps. The process was very good. At every step, I could have a glimpse of the company's culture and values. The technical part is a take-home challenge where you need to develop an API and you have a sync interview to answer some questions about the project. The other ones are more likely a cultural fit and a chat about the product and business area. Everyone at every step was very friendly and kind.

The interview process was very thorough and humane. There were technical talks, HR talks, and business talks. Belvo was always very respectful and on schedule. It was a pleasure taking part of it.

Very clear, well structured and fast process. It took me just a few weeks to complete all the steps, which include interview with people team, technical test, manager interview and a final round with the co-founders. The technical test allowed me to know more about the product and how to implement it, which gave me more confidence to go to the next phases.

Pláticas con diferentes personas del equipo, la estructura es muy clara, te piden hablar sobre ti, tu experiencia profesional, y preguntas de nivel técnico. Al final te dan un espacio para que tú también puedas preguntar.

Em geral foi um processo agradável. O processo de contratação envolveu entrevistas com os superiores diretos, RH, fundadores da empresa. Ademais, há a aplicação de uma prova para testar os conhecimentos técnicos e linguísticos do candidato. Todo o processo foi virtual, já que é uma empresa de tecnologia e possui regime de trabalho full-remote.

It was very quick, organized and transparent process, which I had objective and punctual feedbacks in all their stages. All the conversations were very objectives and all the interviewers were very polite.

The interview and hiring process at Belvo was at a new level for me. In my professional experience to-date, I have not participated in process with any other company that was as engaging, transparent, helpful and clearly laid out each step of the way. It was a pleasure overall and for me personally a very creative experience.

The interviewing process was fine. First the people interview, a technical test, technical interview and interview with Belvo founder. Everything went smooth, from the first interview until the last. It does asks a lot of questions regarding your current/last job, why do you want to join Belvo and why Belvo should hire you.
