Entrevista
Phone Interview: 30 min call with the HR giving an overview of Bayer and basic questions on visa, work experience etc.
On-Campus:
45 min - 1:1 meeting with the director and conversation at high level on past work experience.
1 hr Panel interview with hiring manager and peer supply chain managers on past experience and situational questions. they had a sheet given by HR so all the interviewers were trying to get answers for the questions on set parameters (Action, Thinking, Outcome, Result and Learning)
