Interviewer was late to call, stressed and no professional. Whole processed seemed rushed and after wasting two hours of my time they informed me that there simply wasnt enough experiance, enough though they had my resumed and experience way beforehand. Seems like the company doesn't do any of their own research but asked the candidates to go above and beyond. Would not work here as that is a prime example of poor company culture.

It was easy, good atmosphere, but unfortunately shorter than expected. Instant feedback was given and concise final decision deadline. Short introduction of the company and the position was given at the beginning instead of asking directly the candidate

Very good interview experience; they were great at communicating and I felt supported throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend applying - was one of my best interview and onboarding experiences.

They completely wasted my time. I was very excited about the position at first. They sent an email with some questions, and I quickly got an interview after writing short answers. It went really well, and I got an interview! I got another, and a third interview, all went amazing! I had a few reservations, but overall I was very enthusiastic throughout the process. At this point, I had spent close to 5 hours of my time between prepping and interviewing for this position. I get a call from the recruiter, and they want to give me an offer! I was over the moon. We talk expectations and she says she can probably get close. Two hours later, I get a call. They aren't close. The offer was so low I thought it was a deliberate low ball. It has very similar responsibilities to what I do now, and their offer was 35.7% pay cut. We go back and forth, and I tell her that the market for my skills is significantly above that given my qualifications and experience. She tells me to email her a counter offer, and they don't even bother sending another offer, they withdraw it.

Started with an assignment and phone screening (30 minutes). From there they have you do a 60 minute interview with a subject matter expert and then a recorded 60 minute peer interview.

3 interviews and an assignment. Overall decent experience and the interviews were refreshing (and the people seemed great!), however I received a generic email with no feedback letting me know I wasn’t chosen for the role, and received no response when I asked for some feedback to help me on my job hunt. Certainly not their responsibility to provide feedback, but after 3 interviews, including a panel interview, providing more than a generic email seems appropriate.

Entrevista no dinámica y anticuada; la falta de formato resultó en un monólogo. Recibí una llamada de Recursos Humanos media hora después de inscribirme a la oferta, sin embargo, no han usado la misma cortesía después de realizar la entrevista. Opino que es poco profesional no contactar con los candidatos incluso si es sólo para informarles que no siguen en el proceso.

Straight forward and transparent interview process. 3 interviews including assignment and panel interview. Staff is very inviting and takes the time to answer all questions to make sure both you and the company are a right fit for each other. Very heavy emphasis on culture and teamwork.
