Interview with 3 Barr employees. The interview was about 45 minutes long in total. An HR rep was present to ask behavior questions and a senior level engineer was present to describe the position and answer any questions about the position that you might have. A pretty organized and thorough interview, only thing that was odd was that none of the people I was interviewing with were from the location I was interviewing for.
