laid back and easy, general interview questions. Everything for tell me about yourself to strengths and weakness. Phone interview is easy, just make sure to have thoughtful questions to ask. Look on their site to learn about what they look for in a employee. Their vaules are very important

First, completed an online application through my university. About a week later, had a screening call with my recruiter over the phone. A couple weeks later, had an in-person interview with a small team.

The interview process was very smooth and the recruiters made it feel much more like a conversation with a friend than interview. Everything was pretty timely in regards to the interview process.
