Had a 30-45 min phone call with the corporate recruiter - asked questions about product development processes, how I dealt with conflict in the past, pretty generic interview questions. Completely non-technical. The recruiter seemed to be reading from a script and was not professional at all. She didn't describe the position either, which put me off from working there.

3 rounds of interviews felt excessive. Headhunter, Managers, Director. Director felt very disconnected from the job's scope and there wasn't good flow with him. Managers were great and I was hoping to work with them as we got along

Hour long phone screening interview, followed by one on one in person interviews with 5 managers/ employees. Questions discussed my experience on my resume, my experience working in a regulated field and my experience with project management.
