After the initial screening, there was an online assessment test. If you do well, you will be invited for a telephone interview. If you clear the telephone interview then there is a video interview and then they invite you on campus for further interviews.

The interview was structured and the HR asked the questions from the paper. A lot of emphasis was on familiarity with the chemical industry, the challenges this sector is facing, and how they can be resolved. Situational questions. Interest in leadership.
