After applying directly via the Axis careers page, it wasn't long before I heard back on an interview. The first interview was a phone screening with the HR hiring manager, who also described the full process and how long I should expect it to take. The second interview was another phone screening, but via Teams with the direct manager. The third phase was with a series of people that were to be my peers, then the fourth phase was a project interview where I was supposed to fly out to the office and meet them. However, due to some personal complications, I was unable to do the interview in person. The entire process was very quick, even though the HR manager said to expect it to be long. Every person genuinely showed interest in me as a person and not just as another candidate. They were very accommodating when a conflict came up.
