Application process is simple and received an invite to interview within about 10 mins, which I normally consider to be suspicious. Interview held at head office. The overall experience was enough to put me off straight away. It was literally like dealing with robots. Absolutely scripted with no digression, no sense of humour, even cut me off when I was asked to talk through my background. After that awkwardness was over, which lasted about 25 mins, they sent some 'Aptitude Tests' by email which are absolutely ridiculous. The first set of questions are all about Science... I haven't studied science since secondary school, so how am I meant to know which car will exhibit a greater inertial field? This was an application to work in the customs field, not for NASA. I get the impression this place has a high turnover of staff and I wouldn't be surprised. They sent an auto-generated email, saying the competition for the role was high (which I doubt) and that they were pursuing other candidates... And then they have just reposted this job! Glad they didn't make an offer as would have turned it down. I have flagged the interview as difficult, not because of the actual process, but just how it comes across. Don't waste your time. Terrible.

Very friendly receptionist upon arrival. Offered a drink. Odd that prior emails hadn't mentioned COVID routine (mask and disinfectant). I had to ask them. Quite thorough interview, but nothing surprising. Two interviewers, both line managers. Was told second stage interview would include a Director, but I never reached that stage. They told me I would hear back by the end of the week, but by the next Wednesday I had heard nothing. I then had to call them to be told I'd been rejected. Nice! I have several friends who have applied for different positions and they all had the same experience. It takes no effort to send a template rejection email, please start doing it as ghosting applicants, in my case after relentlessly chasing me for an interview, is very rude.

2 stages - oral and written. Had a panel of 3 people including 1 director. Did mine over teams, passed first stage but did not make it on written as it was very tricky and IQ testing.

It was a 30 minute Skype Interview with 1 team leader and one HR staff member. They both asked questions about my CV, past roles and what I knew about the company and the demands of the role.

I attended an interview last week Wednesday. I must say for a small firm I think they are very professional. I had a two hour interview - 45 mins computer based and written paper and then face to face. Quite intense. Provided all the information required and most importantly passed my computer based test - 93%.

The interview structure was group assessment with about 20 other people and then 1-2-1 interview. In this process we were divided into 4 small groups and we were given a series of tasks to complete.

I had a phone call first and then organised an interview in their offices, they made an opening for me in before I went on holiday which was great. They were very friendly and I felt comfortable chatting with them, I was interviewed by two people, and left feeling positive.

The interview was very detailed and it was more like a conversation and the directors were very friendly yet they tested my knowledge and my capabilities to do the job
