It was slightly unusual as they were also hiring for who would be the manager for this role. After speaking with the recruiter, with one peer, a day of back to back interviews with 3 different stakeholders, and then met one more time with the hiring manager. Additionally, had to submit work samples rather than a writing test. While I didn’t get an offer, it was one of the most positive recruiting experiences I’ve had. The recruiter was super helpful and communicative, and the process moved fast.
