De procedure bestaat uit twee gesprekken, zeer fijn, concreet en informeel. Recruiter reageerde snel en alles verliep soepel. Geen assessment of andere onzin zoals bij veel andere werkgevers in de zelfde sector.

Entered the office at the designated slot given to me as they had mentioned it as face to face technical/fitment discussion. We had to wait for our turn as the number of people present was high. After a long period of time, I was called into a conference room and the guy apologised stating that due to some unforseen circumstances, they are holding it over a call and they dialed in a guy sitting in Kolkata.
Though I did well. Answered all of his questions from my experience. He didn’t select stating that “They required much more senior guys working on this role” . HR guys should have screened the resume well by speaking with the hiring manager on the number of experience required for that role.
Bottom line - It was a total mess up, so it looked like they took interview with an already pre notion on the experience being brought inside the office to work and since I was already there, had to take it

It was a waste of time. I was interviewed in September 2017 at Pune location where process took 2 hours for 1 technical discussion. The panel was not interested in recruiting anyone and asked only 2-3 questions. Not sure what they were looking for. Please dont go for an interview aswell to Atos as they are just wasting everyone's time.
