I was contacted via email by a Talent Acquisition, we setup a time for a phone interview, it went very well. He informed me that he'll be in contact with me on the next business day in regards to an onsite interview he informed me that no matter what the decision is he'll contact me. I never heard anything back until 2 weeks later I reviewed a "rejection" email from him.
