Stop treating candidates poorly! Assent's hiring process falls short of expectations, especially considering the company's emphasis on "integrity." and CSR. After completing an interview, candidates are often left without any response or feedback, literally “ghosted” and even when they follow up, they are informed that the position has already been filled or they must find out on their own online. This has happened numerous times and is extremely disappointing. If a position is going to be filled internally, candidates' time should not be wasted. The recruiters' poor communication skills do not reflect well on the company as a whole.
