I dropped after the third interview.
Phone call with hiring manager was fine- although she couldn't answer my questions. Call with hiring manager of the PMs was fine. I felt more like I was interviewing her than she was interviewing me. She was nice seems to like the company due to the benefits, but I didn't get a straight answer about what the job would entail and she only asked a few basic questions. I spoke with a director next- who asked the weirdest questions, was a bit aggressive, and worst of all- CLEARLY didn't read my resume or notes from other interviews because she asked about my least relevant positions and AGAIN very few questions asked. She also couldn't seem to tell me what exactly I'd be doing. The manager said they work in print products mostly and would be very remote workers- but the director said they mostly worked in digital products and were probably going to move back to the office. Confusing and not clear at all. I asked why she joined the company and she mentioned good pay and a good interview process- that she didn't have to sit through many senseless interviews before getting to the hiring manager- I found this to be very ironic.
I felt like they didn't know who I was by this point and I had no idea what this job or team would be like- so I dropped out.

Met with HR, then the hiring manager, and finally a team of five potential colleagues, consecutively, online. If it wasn't in Covid times, it all would have been conducted in person.

Entrevista
Initial contact from in house recruiter after I submitted an application through LinkedIn. The HR telephone screening covered my resume and followup questions regarding past/current job responsibilities and compensation. After she conferred with the hiring manager, I had a 1:1 phone interview with hiring manager. Next was a 3-hour on-site interview with the hiring manager, his boss, several potential co-workers, and virtual team members.
