Recruiter had contacted me on phone and my profile was a right fit for the requirement. Recruiter had a set of filter questions that she asked on the phone. Technical interview with a senior developer and development manager. I volunteered a demo and presentation which really helped and sealed the deal as my demo included precisely what they wanted in a new product they were looking to develop.

On-site interview, had group interviews and individual technical tests. Debate on a topic while exchanging ideas specific to Arup. Not difficult but need to be prepared to be creative. They will reach out soon afterwards if you passed.

Online assessment center for graduate scheme, there are two-part: Intervierw and case study. Interview have several behavioral questions following with two technical questions, take around 1.5 hours. Case-study take around 0.5 hours.
