I was asked about my experience, career goals and the interviewer offered a pretty detailed perspective on the acoustic practice at Arup. Overall it was very informative, relaxed and positive. However, the range of compensation that could be offered would not have worked for me and the position would have been a demotion so I and decided not to continue the process after the initial interview.
