Multiple rounds of dialogue with various members of the c-suite, primarily driven by HR leadership. I then advanced to a series of panel discussions with department leads. Following this I was asked to prepare a brief and a (tentative) strategic plan for equity and inclusion throughout their recruiting lifecycle. I presented my content and moved on to a final round interview with org. CEO
