Applied online by sending a CV & cover letter rather than an application form with annoying scenario questions. was then emailed not long after to say I had got past the first stage. And no numerical/verbal reasoning tests! Next stage was a telephone interview. After that it was a face to face interview (which they were flexible on the dates) where I was also asked to prepare a presentation about myself & my hobbies/interests. Whilst I was there they also did my 2nd interview to save me having to travel 5 hour round trip again, very accommodating. Lastly was a final HR phone interview (either the first or last phone interview had scenario based questions). Overall they were really friendly, on your side etc
