Recruiter arranged call with hiring manager - 30 min telephone interview. Then a meeting onsite, with a panel interview. Business problem also analysed in interview. To be honest the interview felt formal although that's not what they wanted to present themselves as. The business problem could have presented more clearly during the interview

As soon as I arrived I felt very uncomfortable . There were a panel of three interviewers . It was not a very friendly vibe from the people who interviewed me, could tell straight away they were not engaged and that I would not get the job. The entire process felt very uncomfortable at the time
