It was a four step process: HR interview, challenge presentation, interview with one founder, interview with the second founder. Salary was only disclosed once I got the job offer. They changed the structure of the team during the Interview Process.

The interview process was very straight forward. In the first interview, I was interviewed by an HR representative and a member of the software team I was applying for and told them about my projects and technical skills. The second interview was with the CEO and the same HR representative.

Started with a meeting with one of the CEO's and his Assistant, they started to explain me how they wanted to run the interview , starting with presentation of my working history then they would do some technical questions and ending this first intern. (of 2 interviews) with a presentation of what is Aptoide what they do and how it is growing.
