The interview process was fast, informative, and personal. First interview (30 min) was a call with a recruiter about my interests, the company, and the work culture. Second interview (45 min) was a standard coding challenge of medium difficulty, followed by a period for Q&A. Third interview (3-4 hours) was a virtual onsite with 4 engineers/leads, and felt like 4 back-to-back technical interviews of a similar format to the second interview. Fourth interview (30 minutes) was an in-person meeting with a senior engineer at Applied.

hr call late september, an OA with 3 questions, then technical screen early October. OA has three programming questions, not exactly leetcode like, more like just solving certain problems. In technical screen, a modified leetcode hard got asked. I was really close in solving it (off by one error in the end) Got rejected
