Basically if you have a pulse and a little food industry experience manager or not they will offer you a position. They ask that you do a follow with a manager of one of thier stores and basically if that person likes you they say hire them.
Simple and straightforward. The interviewer was very respectful of me and everyone else there. I was asked about my recent experience in managing people and was introduced to the staff. They even made me a shake!

Was very friendly and interesting. The management certainly know what they are doing. I enjoyed my tenure. My juniors are supportive and hardworking I miss that team. It was very well knit
It was minimal just one meeting with the GM. They asked the standard questions. I have management experience but wasn't closed for this one. It's ok I will find something
