Recruiter was good and was on top of things. Interviewers were nice and did a good job of asking relevant questions. They shared information on the culture and work/life balance in their group. The interview process was long and I spoke to a lot of people by phone and on-site.
Typically, there are up to four levels of interviews, beginning with the recruiter and progressing to the regional market leader. They are seeking individuals who strike a balance between being people-centric and demonstrating high accountability.

Had a call with a recruiter and proceeded to then have an interview with a hiring manager. Once that wrapped the hiring manager the next step was to get further details from the recruiter. That never happened even after follow up.

Lengthy interview process with multiple rounds. Educational background and previous experiences were diligently checked to provide hiring team with a good basis for decision making. Overall very good experience and learning to go through it
