I had two phone calls and then got invited over for an in person interview. The interviews are multiple people one on one in an office throughout the day. Everyone was friendly but also very abrupt throughout the process. Don't do anything more than just show up, I prepared for weeks and it made absolutely no difference. Everyone you talk to during the interviews will either have never read your resume or text during the interview. The questions are really nothing more than questions made up on the spot designed around your resume. Also, this role specifically is looking for either top tier graduating people or 5-10 years of experience. If you aren't either of them just relax and enjoy the experience.

Was contacted by recruiter online and then had a phone interview with an engineer working in the same role. Phone interview focused on my experience and a logic question. Was invited to a full round of onsite interview which involved 5 interviewers. The topics were mix of technical fundamentals of technologies I had worked on. 2 interviews were primarily focused on calibration of MEMS (gyro and accl) devices. They we interested on understanding the methodology of testing specific sensors.
