Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Appian (Tysons Corner, VA) en mar 2020
Entrevista
Very friendly, great atmosphere, comfortable, and seems like an amazing work culture. The university recruiter, Vanesa, is incredibly sweet! Furthermore, the new Tysons, VA HQ is beautiful and has so many amenities. The whole process was pretty fluid and easy-going and they emphasize cultural fit more than anything! Of course, they also look to see if you are a strategic problem solver but they do not really ask technical questions for this role coming out of undergrad.

The last interviewer came in and said he's not doing anything necessarily regarding our resume or professional/academic careers but wanted to evaluate fit to the company culture and who I am as a person. He asked what book I'm reading. What my research was about. My hobbies during my free time.
The interview process comprises four stages: an online assessment, two technical interview rounds, and a final HR interview. The online assessment includes two programming questions along with basic computer science fundamentals. The first technical round focuses on coding problems, while the second technical round consists of scenario-based questions. The final HR round evaluates cultural fit and overall suitability for the role.
Online assessment, then two technical interview and then final HR. They expected webdev projects and in depth knowlwgde in sql and one programmig lanuage. The questions were easy and CSE & IT students were given preference.
All behavioral, really focusing on past experiences and why Appian. 2 rounds of interviews and then power day. The first round was all tell me about a time ... type questions and fairly random questions. Next round was more behavioral questions and most in depth with your resume. Next step is power day
