I was interviewed at Bert Labs for a senior role during April 2022. The interview was conducted in 2 phases, first one was virtual interview, through MS Teams and the second one was face to face. Both phases were structured and well-thought. While scheduling the interview, an introductory mail was sent with credentials, details of the company, and achievements. During virtual interview, after the brief introduction, I was briefed thoroughly by the CEO about my role and responsibility. Then it was about technical prowess analysis, which was, in-depth and very detailed one. After the clearance of the virtual interview, I was called for a face-to-face at the office. I was interviewed by, HR, senior members from technical & research function, executive director and finally by the CEO of the company. Second phase was detail in nature, questions were not only technical/core areas, but also personal - about the family, education, career, and values. Though, it was a tough and challenging, I thoroughly enjoyed it. After the successful second phase, I was offered a position at Bert Labs. What I liked most about the company is their vision, integrity, and the value system. I think I am quite fortunate to join the Bert family.
