Interview scheduled via email. Location: Philadelphia Office. Met with two individuals and the HR personnel called-in via phone. Flexible scheduling of the interview time and place.

Project Management questions. Primarily focused on financial management, planning, execution and team management. Overall pretty straightforward interview. Conducted professionally and it lasted about an hour. No offer immediately following the interview. I was told that regardless of how they decide to move forward that I will be contacted in about one to two weeks.

Interview was well structured and paced. I was allowed to meet key members of the team, get answers to my questions, and felt well prepared for what to expect at each round.

Entrevista
It was a panel interview with people representing a number of offices. The questions were fairly standard and there was a clear prompt of questions they were required to ask.
Fair questions. Virtual interview that lasted about 30 minutes or so. The directors I interviewed with were knowledgeable and also starting out in a new division. Star method for answering questions is preferred according to Amtrak.
