Applied via LinkedIn; Recruiter requested interview within ~1 week. Met with HR and further discussed role and agreed to meet with the hiring Manager the following week. Lofty titles, absent competitive comp. The salary offer was inline with a mid Manager-level candidate. Although recruiter stated the company would 'negotiate" that did not occur. Professional staff.

Interview process was overall a very positive experience. HR seemed a little understaffed possibly as the overall timeline did take about a month longer than explained at the beginning of the process. Each employee I spoke with was extremely charismatic and welcoming. Including my initial HR screening there were a total of 5 interviews and the process took ~2.5 months. 6 weeks was the initial timeline explained. I look forward to getting to work in my new role.

It was pretty easy. I had an appointment and went. We went through the normal interview process. Nothing too difficult. They explained that they liked who I was and was willing to take a chance on me. We walked through the building for a mini tour, met some of the managers and I started at the beginning of the next month.

Applied on LinkedIn. Went through the usual pre interview then met with a panel of three people 2 1/2 weeks ago. Was told their would be follow up by them. Today though I go to LinkedIn and low and behold the same job I applied to was put on there. Typical classless company. I've seen this same thing from alot of todays companies. Absolutely disgusting.

The interview process was over Zoom. The interviewers were very stand off-ish and seemed as though they were not interested in conducting the interview. It was more of a interrogation and not a conversation.

I received a request from the recruiter for a phone screen a month after I applied. Phone screen went great, as recruiter was very helpful. Next interview with hiring manager is where it started to go downhill. Super extensive questions about your background and experience. Interview was supposed to be 45 min, but lasted closer to an hour. Some may see that as a positive, but there were so many extra questions about all the details of my resume, and very little discussion about the position and company I was applying for. Next round was a 30 min interview with a team member, followed by a 1 hour live coding interview with another team member. 30 min interviewer was very dry, and literally had to ask me what the topic of the interview was. For the final interview, we spent yet another 20 min or so about my resume before getting to the actual coding, which was done in Python. Very disappointed about the overall process, from such a large company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!…Applied and received an email for a phone screen within a week. Had to wait another week for the phone screen with the recruiter. No questions during phone screen besides are you vaccinated and when can you meet with the hiring manager. This could have been done via email, but I provided availability and received an invite quickly. The next day, I receive a cancellation notice with no information. I gave it some time thinking I would hear from the recruiter, but nothing by the next day so I sent an email but never received a response. The next day I did receive a new invite for over a week later. The interview with the hiring manager was set for a video interview, but the interviewer did not have his camera on as he was driving at the time… I felt the interview went well and received very positive feedback from the hiring manager. He stated the next step would be a panel interview with the team and he wanted to set that up within 2 weeks. He also wanted to set up another call with me prior to this next meeting to prepare for the panel interview. I provided my availability for the panel interview but then didn’t hear from him for almost a week. I checked in and then did receive an invite, but this was nearly 3 weeks after the initial interview. A few days before the panel interview, I hadn’t heard anything about the prep call so I checked in once again. Did not receive a response until the next day, and all he said was we may need to reschedule again. Silence again until the day of the interview and then receive a cancellation notice with a message that they would look to reschedule for later in the week. Did not hear anything by Friday, so I checked in yet again. Never received a response to that inquiry. After a month of this back and forth, I finally received an automated email that the position had been filled. This company clearly does not understand the amount of time that interested candidates put in to preparing for multiple interviews, especially panel interviews, and they think it is acceptable to cancel interviews at the last minute and then ghost the candidate. It seems as if they are not truly interested in filling their open positions or treating candidates with basic respect.
