The initial pre-screen went well, a Zoom interview followed and I was told I would hear back the next day. Following the interview, I wasn't expecting to be offered the position, but I was still expecting to hear back. Nearly a week later, even after sending a follow-up email, I have yet to hear anything back. Being ghosted by a potential employer, especially one who stated they would be reaching out to follow-up is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Pretty disappointing.
