During the interview process you are given every indication that you are delivering insurance to individuals who are seeking life insurance but this is not true. You are told you will receive paid training and this is a stretch, you spend two weeks in classroom training (which you do not get paid for) then once you hit the field you are paid $200/wk. No one is honest about what you are getting yourself into.

How much do you need to make and how hard are you willing to work to make that?

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
