Position is listed as customer service, but it is more of a sales position. Initial Interview process was fast and professional, but moved to a group setting after which made the whole 1st interview process take about an hour or so all together. Seems like the first conversation you have is more of a screening process to see if they want you to continue to the presentation, as many of the people I sat with in the waiting room were not present for the presentation. Was very informational regarding their company and the people were very friendly. They will be watching you throughout the presentation looking for participation and enthusiasm and if they like what they see you will be called back for a one on one 2nd interview. 2nd interview provided much more specific information and you can ask more specific questions.

Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.
